Undo dual boot

Some time ago I changed my XP system to a dual boot with Vista Business
(with XP on C. I never use XP now and would like to remove it. Can I do
this and still boot into Vista? If so, how?

From within Vista format the C drive
restart with the Vista DVD and do a startup repair
