Occurs when I attempt to activate Windows Vista from the link at Control
Panel> System and Maintenance> System.

Please advise.

Hi,

What sort of Product key are you trying to activate? Retail? OEM (from
reinstalling)? Volume (MAK or KMS)?

Have you tried the phone activation option yet?
