Unexpected shutdown problems

I received an unexpected shutdown and subsequent 'This problem was caused by
Realtek RTL8168/8111 family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (rtlh86 .sys).
The advice was to go to Windows Update to install latest drivers, which I
did, and it took a while.
I continued to get exactly the same shutdowns, so I checked through my list
of programs and decided that my only 'Real' program (I cannot remember it's
name now) was not one that I used so I uninstalled it.
I do however continue to get the same shutdown error about once a day.
Any solution you can suggest would be much appreciated.

Are you confusing Realtek (your network card manufacturer) with a piece of
software (Real from Apple Software) you may have installed?

I think your probably right Jay, that had occurred to me, however there is
no harm done as I did not need the program anyway
