According to Microsoft bulletins Vista is prone to the system trying to load
a phantom driver on startup. There are no files connected to this it seems
and it is well, a nuisance. After running autoruns and cleaning up the
startup it still persists. REcommendations from Microsoft are to ignore it.
What gives here!? Does anyone (anyone) know what is the root of this issue.
It is a problem which only started a couple of months ago.
