The problem with this post is that you didn't continue in your original
thread. So now those of us accessing this newsgroup with a real newsreader
(which means most of us regular helpers) have NO IDEA what your problem is,
what has been suggested, and what you've already tried. There is no "page
3" when accessing Usenet this way. See below for why the way you're doing
it prevents you from getting help.
As for the problem, if you have really tried everything suggested then have
a competent local computer tech come on-site and fix things. It is quite
difficult to diagnose networking issues long-distance and in writing.
Someone who is hands-on working on the computers and the network can
usually fix things very quickly. If you go this route, I don't suggest
using a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place. I have lots of clients
using Vista and all of them can access the Internet and their Local Area
Networks so blaming Vista, while easy, is inaccurate. You're doing
something wrong but I have no idea what it is.
Usenet information - You are not posting on a real forum as you think you
are and you didn't quote any of the thread to which you are replying. You
are using a web interface that leeches Usenet posts and most of the rest of
us are using real newsreaders. We don't see what you do. If you want to
participate in Usenet, the better way is to set up a newsreader. This is
very easy to do and I'll give you information about that below. If you
prefer to use a forum, then here are two excellent ones:

Since you are using a web interface, you may not realize that this is really
a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you learn to use
a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows, but you can use
Outlook Express (XP) or Windows Mail (Vista) since you already have it.
