Uniform Vista open/save dialog

Hello,

I'm using Vista 64 Home Premium and when any program use the save or open
dialog Vista always uses a different listing. I mean sometimes details,
sometimes, list, sometimes small icons and so on. If I change it then only
exactly for that directory it seems Vista can remember my decision.

How can I set to always use the "list" view in all program and in all file
dialog?
