Uninstal Windows Vista Ultimate

I have a computer desktop which had Vista Home Edition installed on it,
i have used it for about 6 months, i have installed Windows Vista
Ultimate this week which is another version of vista, on top of the
first one, i was told by a friend that all my files would be ok, but i
have not got the desktop i had before, how do i uninstall the lastest
version i have installed so i can retrieve my other desktop and files

There is no uninstall option for Vista Ultimate.
You'll need to perform a complete system recovery procedure
as recommended by your computer manufacturer in
order to return to Vista Home Premium.

The desktop can probably be set up like your old one with a little
patience. Vista Home and Vista Ultimate have the same options for your
desktop. Do you have access to your files? If not probably all you need
to do is take ownership of the files and you should be set to go. The
