Uninstall button missing

My UNINSTALL button is missing from the Control Panel / Programs and Features
page. How do I get it back

Did you select the application first? It should then appear on the toolbar.

Try running the Windows Installer Cleanup utility:

Yes I selected a program and no button appeared.
Also not all the programs are listed.
My ex-employee must have done something to alter something.

Somehow your programs have become disassociated from their uninstaller
programs. You can uninstall these programs manually with the help of Windows
Installer CleanUp Utility, or you can let Smarty Uninstaller do it for you.
After a thorough uninstall, you can redownload and reinstall any programs you
choose to. Details in this tutorial.
