uninstall freezing

when I have been trying to unintall games or msn on vista its freezes at the
exact same spot and I can't manually uninstall or reinstall it...any
suggestions?

Try disabling UAC (Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn of User Account
Control On or Off) temporarily > restart system, try uninstalling again. If
successful renable UAC.

Install/Uninstall Problems
Vista uninstaller does a very poor job of removing all parts of a program.
Sometimes the proprietary removal tool can help, but often it leaves files
and registry entries on your system. You can do a manual uninstall with the
help of Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, but the best way to get rid of all
remnants of a program, failed download and install, or failed uninstall is
using Smarty Uninstaller. Until you clean your system of this debris, you
won't be able to install the new program. You can access Smarty Uninstaller
