Is there way to uinstall gadget via some API?

Open the Windows Sidebar Gallery, if your Sidebar is active just click the
Plus sign at the top and the Gadget Gallery will appear, right click a
Gadget and click 'Uninstall'.

I am looking something like

But those solution seems uncomplete (just remove and not uninstall
gadget).

Right click on the Windows Sidebar in the Notification Area and select "Add
Gadgets...". Right click on the Gadget you no longer want and select Uninstall

Good link. I love the gadgets, but they prevent the machine from
going into sleep mode. Any ideas?

I've been shutting down the machine nightly because of this.
