I was part of the SP2 beta testing and received the 3 updates shown below.
Can they be uninstalled safely, or, do they need to be left alone?

Prerequisite Minor Beta Test Update 1
Prerequisite Minor Beta Test Update 4
Prerequisite EULA Supersede Beta Test Update 2

Thanks,
eeh

They should have been uninstalled before you uninstalled the Beta prior to
installing the 'proper' SP2 - you *have* done that, haven't you?

Noel,
I did not uninstall the beta. At the start of "my" beta testing I installed
RC1 over SP1, then installed RC2 over RC1 and then installed SP2 over it all.
That was back in August when the info I was reading on the MS updates
newsgroups said it was safe to install over the RC's. I downloaded the
entire SP2 file and installed. It went smooth and has worked great. These
3 updates below were installed as Auto-updates from MS and they still show in
the add/remove programs. They don't show an install date in add/remove. I
was just curious if they could be removed, or need to be left alone. fyi: I
do have the 5 hotfixes installed after SP2, 1 in Oct and 4 in Dec.

Prerequisite Minor Beta Test Update 1
Prerequisite Minor Beta Test Update 4
Prerequisite EULA Supersede Beta Test Update 2

You're one of the lucky ones, then! - many people found that doing that
broke their system beyond easy repair.
If it ain't broke - don't fix it!

Noel,
I'll accept that I've been lucky with this and leave the Prereq installs
alone.
Thanks,
eeh
