Either your programs didn't come with an uninstaller, or Vista has lost track
of these files and you need an uninstaller program to fully uninstall these
programs. I like the program Smarty Uninstaller, available at the following
link (free trial period):
http://www.winnertweak.com/uninstaller/
You run the Smarty UI scan, select the program you wish to uninstall, then
select Uninstall. When this process is done, select for Smarty UI to
complete the uninstallation removing any remnants of the program from your
system.
