Uninstall a Program on XP

I have installed a program called photoworks Photostreamer and I am unable to
uninstall the program from the add/remove programs. It shows a pop up saying
set up resource not found. How do I go about uninstalling this program?

Hi there,

This has nothing to do with windows update.

Reinstall the program and than remove it since the settings must have been
screwed up for a normal uninstall.
