Uninstall programs

Anybody who has a clue how to UNINSTALL programs from Vista windows?? It is a
nightmare! It doesnt work as in XP (through Add/Remove option). I'd be
eternally grateful for you help.

Thanks Cal, but it does not work. I am not able to uninstall a couple of
Office programs I installed on Vista.

The select Program entry, click Uninstall/Change, or right click it and
click Uninstall.

Yes it gives me error messages like 'system security doesnt allow' and 'cant
uninstall the programe'
