How to uninstall "reg tool"

I did a stupid thing and downloaded the "RegTool". Now I cannot get rid of it
from "programs" or "unstall". Can someone help?

Try any of these popular AntiSpyware programs, listed alphabetically,
not by any preference.

It doesn't hurt to run Spybot Search & Destroy, as long as you also
run better anti-spyware programs. Malwarebytes AntiMalware and
SuperAntiSpyware are the two best programs available.
