After applying the Windows XP Service Pack 2. The System
gets a STOP Error which is "C0000135". Do have any
instructions on how to unistall Service Pack 2 through
Recovery Console? Because I can get into Safe Mode it
just constantly reboots. Thanks in advance for any help!

Dewayne, try using System Restore. Worked for me. I, too, made the error of
installing this turkey. Nearly wrecked my OS and fouled up all my files and
system protection. I am thinking of suing! If you out there have not
installed SP2, had trouble installing SP2, etc. _ GOOD! DON"T!!!

I have the same problem. It will not reboot to get to system restore.
Is there a way to get to it with DOS??
Also I made a startup disk from my wifes computer and when I use it the rom
drive letters are there but partitions from the HD are pushed up in them.
I'm real lame when it comes to instructions so with any advice could it be
explained in 1st grade term????....Thanks

That error means the 'winsrv.dat' or 'winsrv.dll' file is missing or
corrupt in the Windows\System32 folder, or more likely that
your registry was corrupt to begin with before installing SP2.

After performing a "Repair Install", reinstall SP2.
