Cretz,
Windows XP, 2003 and Vista all have a portion/version of Terminal Services
integrated into the OS (remote desktop). To the best of my knowledge you can
only disable it, you cannot remove it.
Try installing the application in compatibility mode.
See if they have work around for Windows Server 2003.
