How to uninstall windows update

Hi,

I have Windows Server 2003 that ran automatic windows update this morning.
Apparently it broke the SNMP after the installation. The problem is I can't
find the entry for windows update in the Add/Remove programs. Is there
anyway that I can remove or uninstall these updates?

Yes, I am also wondering how to uninstall a Windows Update(to be specific,
"Windows Installer" is interfering with Norton Systemworks 2005). The update
isn't on the "add/remove programs" list, so I have no clue as to where to
look next. A reply would be appreciated.
