uninstalled popups on startup

hi all, i uninstalled a nero trial the other day and now every time i startup
2 nero windows popup saying some dll file not found ok or close, i can not
find any nero progs or files to delete or uninstall any more but these
windows keep coming please help

While waiting for help here, you might try Google's advanced search,
searching for the words vista uninstall, specifying the web site of
nero.com.

Probably a few entries left over in your registry trying to load things that
no longer exist.
Try this?

Probably your easiest and safest way to resolve this is to go into msconfig
and startup and uncheck anything related to Nero.
start search, enter msconfig and when it appears above, right click and run
as administrator, choose the startup tab

tried this and nothing looked related or had nero in it also tried max's
uninstall nero link (thought that was a winner) and it said no remaining
files so now im stumped!

Suggest you check in Event Viewer. You usually have more information as to
calling programs in there.
