uninstalled

After using Automatic updates I have found that I have some uninstalled
items, can I safely delete these?

you can delete the $uninstall folders
this will make it difficult if not impossible to uninstall the update
that's all

also, if you have some files or folders under \windows\software
distribution\ while all updates have been done, you can delete those as
well
