Uninstalling bundled software?

I see how you can use the control panel>programs to "turn off" some
programs but what about actually fully uninstalling them. Such as Windows
Mail, Defender, Windows Media Player, MCE, etc. Is there a sysoc.inf
trick somewhere in Vista?
