Sorry I couldn't help. What I said is the classical thing, but of course
it might not work for a non-classical case.
The only other thing I can think of is to find everything relevant in
the registry and delete it (after exporting it, for safety's sake), but
that could be disastrous if you're not comfortable with the registry.
And anyway I have no knowledge of what to kill.
Have you tried Googling instead of looking at Apple's forum? It might be
worth some (perhaps wasted) time...
