Uninstalling KB928388, DST Patch

MS has just sent out an advisory warning users to uninstall KB928388 and
wait to reinstall it until the equivalent patch for the Exchange server is
deployed. Reason being, for the delta times between old and new start/end
dates of daylight savings time, OutLook Calendar items will be 1 hour off.

Problem is, if you try to uninstall it, it tells you that it can't uninstall
as "a later DST patch has been installed".

Anyone have an idea of what LATER patch needs to be uninstalled first, to
allow KB928388 to be uninstalled?
