Uninstalling Logitech ITouch

When upgradeing from XP to Vista home premium ITouch was not removed and the
Logitech uninstall will not work (Our software will not run on this machine).
This is preventing me from installing a new keyboard (Microsoft) since the
install sees ITouch as a conflict and stops. I have sent messages to Logitech
describing the problem but they not answered in over a month and a half,
other than the automatic response that says they will respond in 24 hours.
Has anybody anybody out there got an answer?
