Uninstalling...

Is there anyway that I can uninstall this stupid update?
It's done so many things to my computer that I really
don't like. They're just little things.. but annoying
nonetheless. Like not being able to download http
downloads, whether they be audio or video. They just
start playing in WMP. I hate that. My computer never
did that before. If I try downloading a zip file, it
doesn't give me the choice of continuing the download.
It just automatically starts downloading. My computer's
also been significantly slower. Thank you so much to
anyone who can help.

Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. May need to check something
like Updates

Go into add/remove programs & scoll down to windows xp service pack2 & click
on remove.
