Uninstalling, Then Re-installing Vista

I want to uninstall Microsoft Windows Vista from one computer, and re-install
it on another. To do this, would I not have to de-activate the product key,
then after removing it and re-installing it, activate the product key
again??? How do I go about doing this without spending an hour over the phone
talking to a robot?

If it is OEM, you can't reinstall it on another computer.

If it is retail, no problem.
Just take the phone activation, wait for a real person; should take 10-25
minutes.

The old; just format it.
