Unistalling vista plz plz help

ok i just put on vista about a week ago and cant stand it can some plz help
me take off vista and go back to xp i need the easiest way other wise ill
probly just screw up my computer so plz help me understand how to unistall
this peace of vista SH&% thank you very much

Congratulations for your superb choice. XP is superior.

back up your files
put the xp cd in and start your computer with it,
follow instructions to format and do a clean install..

all previous stuff will be erased..

you can Google the terms "clean install xp" since there are step by step
tutorials that explain this in detail

Without any details, nobody will be able to advise you on how to proceed.
How did you install Vista?
Was this an OEM version?
Was it an upgrade or a full retail DVD?

Do you have an installation disk for XP?
Did the computer come with XP pre-installed?

Do you have a C:\windows.old folder on the system?
