Unknown Device in Device Manager (both x86 and x64)

In Device Manager under both x86 and x64 there is one item listed under Unknown Devices.

Everything I have, both internal and external, seems to be working properly and listed under the
various categories of Device Manager as working correctly.

Is there any way to determine what this device might be?

My computer starts, restarts, turns off, sleeps, and hibernates correctly.
Might this be a component of the motherboard?

The Enumerator on the Details tab is ACPI
Cannot recognize any on the other items on the Details tab
Have searched Microsoft.com for some of the strings listed and can't find anything
I thought it might be the Sleep button on my keyboard, but it works correctly

The only thing that comes to mind is some chipsets ( Intel, VIA,
nVidia ) have components that Vista will not enumerate properly.
I would check for the Chipset driver package for your specific
motherboard. Run it, remove the "Unknown Device" & Reboot.

I don't know which motherboard you have, but with Asus boards, you need to
install an ACPI driver, which is located on their motherboard CD.
If you don't have that, then go to their webpage http://usa.asus.com
and try getting the driver from there.

Yeah, it is an Asus motherboard (A8M2N-LA ) in an off-the-shelf HP box (a1540n) labeled Vista
Capable.
However, Asus does not have this motherboard listed and there are no drivers on HP's site
DAMN!!!

Interesting... I was using Device Manager's Details tab of device properties
to determine Device and Vendor IDs for unknown devices. Recently I even
blogged about it when this question came up again on one of IT forums.

So you made this box ? What's in it for options ?
The reason I ask is that I had 4 unknown devices related to one TV card.
If you are familiar with the hw, I'd remove a few cards and reboot until
I found out which card it was related to - or maybe start with just the
motherbaord and build up until the "unknown dev ice" appears. That's how
I saw it was my TV card.
