Unknown Error 646 - Windows Update

I have 10 updates that Windows Update is prompting to install at shutdown
that are not installing. I receive an unknown error, 646. I followed
instructions found in the forum to install the updates individually and find
these updates have already been installed. How do I get these updates
cleared off my automatic updates??

The machine is running Windows 7. I have ran the windows update
troubleshooter and it did not find any issues.

Please advise. Thank you.

I wanted to add that it seems to only be affecting the Office 2007 updates
