I get this with 123 messages in my sync'ed inbox which is a real pain as
every time my OL inbox changes, it wants to sync, and it wants me to hit OK
123 times. Arghhh!

Hi,

If the attachments are Word files, try disabling the conversion for Word
files and check if it helps solve your problem. Pocket Word can open .doc
files even without conversion.

1. Open Activesync -> Options -> rules tab.
2. Click Conversion settings.
3. Click Desktop to Device tab, select Microsoft Word Document -> Edit and
select the 1st option "No conversion".

Or else you can simply disable the conversion for all files in 2#.
