Download the zip file where it says Download here (the link is
http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/WMUtil.zip). Then extract both files to a
blank directory or just the Desktop. Then if you have a stuck message in
the Outbox, then click on the Clear Outbox and see what happens. It will
take some time, so just wait.
If the buttons are not clickable, then that means WinMail is running. Close
it and wait a few seconds. If they still aren't clickable, then do a
CTRL-SHIFT-ESC and look at the running processes and find WinMail.exe and
click on it and then click on the End process button. Then the buttons
should become clickable.
