UNKNOWN ERROR IN OUTBOX NOT ALLOWING EMAILS TO SEND

I HAVE BEEN READING THE MANY MANY EMAILS ON THIS SUBJECT BUT CANT SEEM TO
WORK OUT WHAT IS THE LATEST SOLUTION ??? CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE ..

Typing in ALL CAPITALS is considered the same as shouting and is not likely
to get you much help.

Microsoft's latest fix is to download and install the following, with
Windows
Mail not running:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or
the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first.

If you still have the problem afterwards, it's time to try the other
solutions posted.

Hi Robert .. firstly sorry for my computer ignorance .. the capitals was not
meant to upset anyone I just wanted to fix the problem .. and thanks to you
