Unknown error on Vista!

Vista was searching my mobile device driver, and in same time i was using
messenger. Suddenly, computer confused. And when i restarted, pc didn't
reply. Then i could see desktop after long time, i wanted execute the Windows
Help and Support. And viewed an box, Windows Help and Support couldn't
started. And now, vista can't connect to the internet. Note: During first
events, Kaspersky was working. And i uninstalled it, i think it was
obstructing. PLEASE HELP ME!
