I,ve been trying to speed up my overall boot process, and PC performance. One of the ways was to tailor down (remove) the uneeded programs and process during Startup. One such program however I know little or nothing about, and was wondering if any of you may have heard of it, and know wheather or not it is a neccesary part of windows, or if it is safe to remove. It is listed in my startup as "DevconDefaultDB" ever heard of it?? Any input will be appreciated. TY

DevconDefaultDB appears to be related to older Creative Soundblaster soundcards.
