unknown publisher

After installing a program whenever I try to run it, I get a security
window saying it is an unknown publisher and asking if I still want to
run or cancel. The program runs normally if I continue. I have Vista
Premium on my system. Any ideas on getting rid of the security window.

Select "remeber my desicion" box on the bottom right of the warning.
