Those are probably system files -MFT, system restore points, paging file
etc which the Windows defragger and other free defraggers don't touch
(AFAIK). You will need to get a third party defragger such as Diskeeper
to defrag those. You will need to run a boot-time defrag infact, to
defrag those system files since those are not defraggable when windows
is running. You can trial versions of Diskeeper pro here:
