Here's a way to reproduce the problem

In the taskbar, I have two buttons. Firefox's button and Windows Liv
Messenger's main window button. It's the latest version of WLM

I click on WLM's button to bring its window to the front. Then I clic
on Firefox's button and it brings Firefox's window to the front. Becaus
Firefox's window is maximized, it covers WLM's window. Now I press "Sho
Desktop" in Quick Launch toolbar, and everything is minimized. But WLM'
button is flashing for no reason

Note that this behavior occurs if I minimize windows using the mouse
It doesn't occur when I use Win+D

What's described above is only a way to reproduce the problem. Thi
problem isn't confined to WLM and Firefox. It happens with many othe
windows; inappropriate flashing in the taskbar (no pun intended)

Does anyone know why this happens? It's very annoying..

Thanks

P.S. My OS is Windows Vista Home Premiu
