Hi,

Is there any tool to unpack a file within an MSI file without actually
installing it?

I tried to rename the MSI file to cab and zip, but I couldn't see the files
inside.

Any help would be appreciated,
Max

If you had the Microsoft installer packaging software, it could do what
you want. If not, on a hunch I would try either winrar or isobuster.
Good luck!
