Hello,

I was attempting to get Instant Message alerts concerning an ebay product
but have changed my mind. I went as far as to register my number and enter
the verification code. I would however like to remove my mobile number from
your databases as I no longer need the IM alerts from ebay through your
company. How do I go about permanently removing or un-registering my mobile
number from your databases?

Greetings Diva,

Unfortunately it's somewhat localized depending on your region, but if you sign in with your
Live ID at http://mobile.live.com, there should be an unregister or cancellation link.

It appears that someone has registered my mobile number under another
account. I receive 100's of alert texts as a result that are meaningless to
me. Is there a way to unregister my number for all mobile.live accounts?
