Unresolved items: incredible!

AS gives me Outlook unresolved items message. Runnig scanpst.exe it verify
my .pst file is ok. However AS goes on to give that bad message: what have I
to do? I'm desperate..

The message says sync completed but 35 item unresolved (Outlook).

I've tried to do everything reported in your link but nothing happend.

The strange thing is that only if I uncheck "Outlook" sync goes well; but
even if I uncheck attachment, days, only some folders.. error remains! The
error remains even if I uncheck every folder and subfolder!!

I really can't find a solution for my problem.. that's incredibile, I've
done everything but error sync remains!

Hi,

Does the error occur even if you disable Inbox? Create a new folder and
move all the mails in the default mail folder into it. Ensure this new
folder is not checked for sync and then attempt a sync. Does it throw the
error then?

Even if I uncheck every folder under my Inbox error occurs! The only way to
avoid error is to disable Outlook sync.

I have about 50 folder under my Inbox so it's a little bit difficult to move
all of them into new folders! I've tried with 2-3 folder but nothing
happens.

I'm really desperate.. I don't know what to do.

Hi,

One option would be to create a new pst file refer to -
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=305544 and then once sync is successful,
open the old pst file within Outlook and move the folders one at a time and
sync. See if it helps.
