In Windows Explorer find a .sav type file and right click. Tick "always use
this program", then click "open with" and choose the program. Tick "always
use this program"

Hello NJWilderman,

The tutorial below can help show you how to unassociate the SAV file
extension to restore it back to it's default association of "Unknown
application".

Hope this helps,
