If you can't boot into real mode, restart the computer in safe mode, press
F8 key when your PC starts until the boot optons appear on your screen. Use
the up and down arrow keys to navigate, select Safe Mode. Log in, open the
Event Viewer and look for any messages relating to boot failure and reply
back here with the information.
If you can boot into Real Mode, click Start > All Programs > Maintenance >
Problem Reports and Solutions > View Problem History. Look for any problems
relating the device drivers that might have failed or did not load
correctly. Right click the problem, click View Details, copy it and past
back here with a reply.
This should help others diagnose the problem. It could be a possible
hardware defect such as Power Supply, or mother board.
