Unwarrented Outlook Emails

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP !! I have been receiving emails thru my outlook address
that are trash...i.e., viagra, enlarge male enhancement, computers for sale,
watches for sale, etc etc. How do I filter this crap so it will NOT go into
my Outlook In Box???? I set up junk mail...but it just keeps on coming from
other email addresses. How do I stop this stuff and how did these nasty
companies get my email Outlook address in the first place?
