Up-Date Failure error: 0x800A1391

I've always been able to carryout updates with no problem.

But now I get a error: 0x800A1391. I've turn off my firewall still the same,
enabled Pop-ups from Microsoft still the same.

Now I have another error: 0x800704DD

Is the system free of malware ? Using Internet Explorer, suggest you
attempt a scan here: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/howsafe.htm
and/or here: http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/virusscanner

The first scanner can remove malware; the second can not but is *very*
good at detecting malwares' presence.

IF no malware is detected, see:

The Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site does not
appear, and you receive the following error message: "Initialization
error 0x800A1391"

Enable the native Windows firewall *
The system needs to be online in order to download needed update
software components.

Now run au_check_v78_codeplex.exe and allow it time to complete it's
operation.
Reboot afterwards.
*** Reenable the installed security software ***
Try to update now.

Thanks for the reply, but I do not have the regedit line as laid out in
the sheet http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910341

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\SensLogn" as shown on sheet.

I have only:-
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\dimsntfy "
