Upate in Windows Vista Fails

I have been trying to install the followinf update:Security Update for
Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB929729)

Every time I try to install this using Windows VISTA for Business it fails
with the error code of 643. Anyone have any ideas ?
