Check to see if they are listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Control
Panel. Uninstall the ITE update, if it's listed, and restart the system
to see if it's causing the reboot issue.
Check to see if the HP update is listed, too. Suggest uninstalling both
and then obtain the hardware updates from the manufacturer's web sites.
If one or both are not listed, then open Device Manager, locate the
hardware, double click it/them, click the Driver tab, and then use the
Rollback driver button to revert to the previous working version.
