Update 905474 Why?

I was going to download and install this update but was asked to accept it
and was notified that it was pre release software.

Now why would I want to install that and why is it a high-priority update
anyway.

I agree with you that the EULA is not properly worded and needs
reworking. A clear, concise explanation of the nature of the update
would certainly help.
