Update 948109 failed on Server 2008 x64

Something that is really bugging me. The Update 948109 keeps on failing via
Windows Update on my Server 2008 x64 with Error code 643.

I have downloaded the file (WYukon2005Setup-KB948109-x64-enu) manually and
tried to execute it locally with administrator account. It flashes mentioning
uncompressing files and then disappears with no error code or messages.
Nothing in the event logs. And there is no summary files in the Microsoft
SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap folder neither.

So I am stumped.....
Please help.....
