Update altered default style sheet?

After installing an update during mid July, I experience strange behavior
from IE. Any unstyled text was given the default style of Bold and
Italicized. It's very annoying and only appears on my one computer.

What's extra strange is that it has caused Mozilla to behave in exactly the
same way, as well as any html viewed in Outlook or Outlook express.

Additionally, when using notepad to view source code, (view > source in IE),
notepad displays by default Bold and italicized.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there any way of getting rid of it?

Never mind, I'm a frickin' idiot and "moved" my TT font 'verdana' to a
directory with a pagemaker document I was working on where they required...
blah blah.

Nothing to see here folks, move along...
