Update for BITS 2.0 win HTTP 5.1

I can't get my update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service to work .
I also can't get my windows service pack 2 to install. Can anyone please
help?

What is the error code you are getting when you try to install this update?
Could you please post the error details? Or post the screenshots with errors
clearly visible?
